Tania le Moigne

Tania le Moigne has 30+ years professional experience in the IT industry. In her current role as the Regional Director at Google she is responsible for Google’s business in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Tania graduated in computer science at the University of Economics in Prague.

Jan Bubeník

In 2001, Jan Bubeník, founder of Bubenik Partners, an executive search firm that focuses on the Central and Eastern European region and today serves as its managing partner. Bubenik Partner’s client base spans early-stage regional companies to global Fortune 500s.

In addition to his business activities, he was Chairman of the Corporate Council of Forum 2000 – Vaclav Havel´s foundation. Jan has been also serving on the Executive Committee of Young President Organization (YPO). 

He studied pediatrics at Prague’s Charles University Medical School and economics at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Aleš Stýblo

Aleš Stýblo is partner and co-founder of Lasvit, a company that designs and produces unique works of glass, including bespoke lighting installations, designer lighting collections, glass architectural features and glass artworks. Aleš Stýblo completed his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, specializing in Economics and Management. During his professional career, Aleš Stýblo spent 6 years in Singapore and Hong Kong and is currently in the role of Lasvit’s Group General Manager. Aleš Stýblo lives in Liberec city in the Czech Republic and has three children. He also devotes his time to philanthropy as Chairman of the Executive Board of the Lasvit Foundation.

Václav Novotný

Currently CEO of Aspironix BioMed. Former Regional Executive Director for Switzerland, Austria and CEE Region (Revenue $ 500mil) and member of the European Leadership Team in Biogen, leading US biotech company (4years). Managing Director for MSD (Merck & Co) in Czech Republic and Slovakia (12 years). Vice President of American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic.

Robert Weigl

Throughout his 25-year career, Robert Weigl established a reputation as a transformational leader who is driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. His expertise encompasses all aspects of general management (AstraZeneca CZ&SK), Sales & Marketing (Globally) and Market Access (Europe wide responsibility). Robert believes in building consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change.

Petr Kasa

V letech 1999 až 2005 stál Petr Kasa u zrodu skupiny internetových obchodů KASA.cz, které v roce 2008 prodal. V letech 2005 až 2012 řídil společnost Nokia v Polsku, České republice a na Slovensku. Od roku 2012 se věnuje výhradně vlastním podnikatelským a investičním aktivitám.

Aktuálně vede lékárenský holding Pilulka, který v roce 2012 spoluzakládal a který provozuje desítky lékáren, lékárenskou distribuci a vlastní internetové obchody v několika zemích. V roce 2020 byla společnost úspěšně uvedena na pražskou burzu a stala se tak první veřejně obchodovanou společností z oblasti eCommerce v České republice.

Mike Dlouhý

As the chairman of a local hunting association, Mike Dlouhý organises driven boar hunts annually.

He's a Lieutenant in the Czech Army reserves, assigned to special forces support and most recently cyber command.

Mike worked as a corporate lawyer for 25 years, starting at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and Paris, and then White & Case in Prague. He developed the Prague office into the leading law firm in the country, growing from 10 to 80 lawyers.

He joined YPO in 2005 and have been active in various capacities, including education chair, event sponsor, forum moderator and YNG+ mentor.

Petr Sýkora

Petr Sýkora je spoluzakladatel nadace Dobrý anděl a předseda Správní rady. V roce 1993 založil s Janem Černým společnost PAPIRIUS, dodavatelskou firmu na kancelářské potřeby. Začali jako studenti, první dodávky papíru nosili zákazníkům v batohu. V roce 2006 společnost PAPIRIUS prodali americké firmě OFFICE DEPOT, pro kterou ještě několik let oba pracovali. V roce 2015 získal za zásluhy o udržení a rozvoj celospolečenských hodnot Cenu Arnošta Lustiga.

Patrik Hes

Patrik Hes has 25+ years of experience as entrepreneur and investor. Patrik has founded and built companies in retail, renewable energy and trading. Following successful exits from his companies, Patrik runs his family investment firm NordiCap with a focus on future-oriented sustainable investments such as energy, artificial intelligence and real estate. Patrik holds degrees in International Business from the Prague School of Economics, Laurentian University (Ontario) and Universite Canadienne en France. He participated in a management program at Harvard Business School.

Jan Binar

Jan Binar, is managing director of McCann in Prague, President of Association of Communication Agencies in the Czech Republic and member of the board of European Institute for Commercial Communications Education. He also participates in number of not for profit organizations, is an external lecturer at University of Economics in Prague and VŠKK. McCann Worldgroup in Prague has been recognized for delivering outstanding commercial results to clients by winning the most Effie awards in 5 consecutive years and is one of the most creatively awarded agencies in the region winning prestigious Gold, Silver and Bronze Lions in the Cannes Lions competition. He has the pleasure of helping to grow a diverse agency team and a great mix of local, regional and global brands like Air Bank, ČEZ, Billa, Gambrinus, Kozel, L´Oreal, Nokian, MasterCard, Pilsner Urquell and Vodafone.

Pavel Řehák

Vystudoval mezinárodní vztahy na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze a MBA na Northwestern University. Sedm let pracoval jako konzultant v McKinsey & Company, působil mimo jiné jako poradce České pojišťovny, kam nakonec nastoupil v roce 2006 a v letech 2010 – 2013 byl její generální ředitel. V roce 2013 Českou pojišťovnu opustil a založil investiční společnost Vigo Investments, jjejíž součástí je i  Direct pojišťovna, kterou vede od jejího vzniku v roce 2015. V roce 2021 založil Direct auto, síť autodealerství a servisů, kterou postupně buduje napříč Českou republikou. Dnes je hlavou Direct family, skupiny firem a nadace, které vznikly, aby pomáhaly měnit svět k lepšímu. Od roku 2022 je prezidentem správní rady Aspen Institute Central Europe.
