Tania le Moigne

Tania le Moigne has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. In her current role as regional director of Google, she is responsible for business in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Tania studied computer science at the University of Economics in Prague.

Jan Bubeník

Jan Bubeník is the founder of Bubenik Partners. The company, which focuses on the search for managers in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, was founded in 2001 and Jan Bubeník is today its managing partner. Bubenik Partner's client base includes both regional early-stage companies and global Fortune 500 companies.

In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he was chairman of the corporate board of Forum 2000 - the Václav Havel Foundation. Jan also served on the executive committee of the Young President Organization (YPO). 

He studied pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague and economics at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Ales Styblo

Aleš Stýblo is a partner and co-founder of Lasvit, a company that designs and manufactures unique glass works, including custom lighting installations, designer lighting collections, glass architectural elements and glass works of art. Aleš Stýblo graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, majoring in Economics and Management. During his professional career, Aleš Stýblo spent 6 years in Singapore and Hong Kong and currently works in the position of CEO of Lasvit Group. Aleš Stýblo lives in Liberec and has three children. He is also involved in philanthropy as chairman of the board of the Lasvit Foundation.

Václav Novotny

Václav Novotný is currently the CEO of Aspironix BioMed. Former regional managing director for Switzerland, Austria and Central and Eastern Europe (sales of $500 million) and member of the European management of the leading American biotech company Biogen (4 years). For twelve years he was the executive director of MSD (Merck & Co) in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He also represents the post of Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic.

Petr Kasa

Between 1999 and 2005, Petr Kasa was at the birth of the KASA.cz online store group, which he sold in 2008. Between 2005 and 2012, he managed Nokia in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Since 2012, he has been exclusively engaged in his own entrepreneurial and investment activities.

He currently leads the Pilulka pharmacy holding, which he co-founded in 2012 and which operates dozens of pharmacies, pharmacy distribution and its own online stores in several countries. In 2020, the company was successfully listed on the Prague Stock Exchange, becoming the first publicly traded eCommerce company in the Czech Republic.

Mike Dlouhy

As the chairman of the local hunting association, Mike Dlouhý organizes wild boar hunts every year.

He is a lieutenant in the reserve of the Army of the Czech Republic, included in the support of special forces and recently also in the cyber command.

Mike worked for 25 years as a corporate lawyer, starting at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and Paris, then at White & Case in Prague. He built the leading law firm in the country from the Prague office, which grew from 10 to 80 lawyers.

He joined YPO in 2005 and has served in various capacities including Education Chair, Event Sponsor, Forum Moderator and YNG+ Mentor.

Petr Sýkora

Petr Sýkora is co-founder of the Good Angel Foundation and chairman of the Board of Directors. In 1993, together with Jan Černý, he founded PAPIRIUS, a supplier of office supplies. They started as students, carrying the first deliveries of paper to customers in their backpacks. In 2006, they sold PAPIRIUS to the American company OFFICE DEPOT, for which they both worked for several years. In 2015, he was awarded for his merits in maintaining and developing societal values Arnošt Lustig Award.

Patrik Hess

Patrik Hes has more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and investor. Patrik founded and built companies in the field of retail, renewable energy sources and trading. After successful exits from his companies, Patrik leads the family investment company NordiCap, focusing on future-oriented sustainable investments such as energy, artificial intelligence and real estate. Patrik studied international business at the University of Economics in Prague, Laurentian University (Ontario) and Universite Canadienne in France. He attended the management program at Harvard Business School.

Jan Binar

Jan Binar is the director of the McCann company in Prague, the president of the Association of Communication Agencies in the Czech Republic and a member of the board of directors of the European Institute for Education in the Field of Commercial Communications. He also participates in the activities of a number of non-profit organizations, is an external lecturer at the University of Economics in Prague and VŠKK. The Prague branch of McCann Worldgroup is recognized for achieving excellent commercial results for clients, having received the most Effie awards in five consecutive years and is one of the most creatively awarded agencies in the region, having won the prestigious Gold, Silver and Bronze Lions in the Cannes Lions competition. He is pleased to help develop a diverse agency team and a great mix of local, regional and global brands such as Air Bank, ČEZ, Billa, Gambrinus, Kozel, L'Oreal, Nokian, MasterCard, Plzeňský Prazdroj and Vodafone.

Pavel Řehák

He studied international relations at the University of Economics in Prague and an MBA at Northwestern University. For seven years, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, among other things, he acted as an advisor to Česká pojišťovna, where he finally joined in 2006 and was its CEO from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, he left Česká pojišťovna and founded the investment company Vigo Investments, which also includes  Direct pojišťovna, which he has led since its inception in 2015. In 2021, he founded Direct auto, a network of car dealerships and services, which gradually builds across the Czech Republic. Today, he is the head of the Direct family, a group of companies and foundations that were created to help change the world for the better. From 2022, he is the president of the board of the Aspen Institute Central Europe.
