Compliance and Regulatory Specialist

Job description

  • communication with SUKL, SUKL and other state regulatory offices of the Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • responsibility to register new products in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

  • communication with manufacturers of medical devices

  • responsibility for the processes of payment of medical devices in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

  • collaboration with colleagues from individual divisions to prepare the required documentation for filing applications for medical devices

  • implementing Compliance throughout the organization and providing Compliance with internal customers

  • consultation, assessing and checking compliance with regulatory compliance of the organization, including the design of Compliance measures

  • training of new employees, periodic training of all employees

  • methodical, advisory and consulting activities in the area of ​​internal regulations

  • support for Compliance in the field of training and preparation of guidelines

  • investigating complaints about violations of generally binding or internal regulations

Requirements

  • College education, ideally natural science, medical or pharmaceutical direction, (compliance - subject Law)

  • Experience within the Medical Devices (or pharma) Regulatory Requirements (at least 1 year)

  • Experience with discussions with relevant government authorities. Analytical thinking, organizational and communication
    skills.

  • The ability to work independently, systematically, with sense of responsibility. Required knowledge of the spoken and written English.

  • Driving License, group B is required.

  • Place of work: Prague or Czech Republic (subject to agreement)
